We are seeking an experienced (in Cosmetics/Beauty) and driven

Marketing & Sales Network Leader

to establish and expand EINSTEINIQ's market presence in Kerala. You will be responsible for developing distributor and retail partnerships, launching grassroots marketing campaigns, and leading a dynamic team to drive product awareness and sales.

Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retail outlets across Kerala. Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and develop territory-specific sales plans. Monitor and support distributor performance and optimize supply chain logistics. Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives/promoters. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the founding team

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
