Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for organic fertilizer products.
Establish and manage a robust distribution network of dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
Organize field demonstrations, training sessions, and awareness campaigns for farmers and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agricultural institutions, cooperatives, and clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and prepare performance reports.
Represent the company in agricultural exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, timely deliveries, and after-sales service.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in fertilizer/agri-input marketing or rural sales.
Strong understanding of agricultural markets, crop patterns, and farmer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively across regions.
Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and basic digital marketing techniques.
