Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales and Marketing Executive
with a proven track record in the
Entrance Automation industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of automation products including automatic doors, gates, barriers, and access control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and participation in industry events or expos.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present suitable automation solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team for proposal preparation, product demonstrations, and after-sales support.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, facility managers, and procurement heads.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales and marketing within the
Entrance Automation
or related field (e.g., security systems, building automation, access control).
Strong knowledge of products such as automatic sliding doors, boom barriers, swing gates, sectional doors, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with OEMs or system integrators in the automation industry.
Technical understanding of automation systems and installation processes.
Local market knowledge and existing client network is a plus.
