. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue through both direct sales and innovative marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
Own the end-to-end B2C sales strategy and execution to drive revenue growth.
Identify and onboard sales partners, affiliates, and retail/distribution tie-ups.
Monitor daily/weekly sales performance and implement corrective actions.
Lead a team of sales executives, ensuring performance tracking and motivation.
Build strong relationships with high-value customers and manage key accounts.
Proven experience in B2C sales and marketing roles (min. 4 years).
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing tools.
Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven mindset with a bias for action.
