with both B2B and government clients. You'll work closely with the founders to shape sales strategies, explore new markets, and ensure our brand is known across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
Create and implement a strong sales plan to achieve targets and grow revenue.
Identify new business opportunities in
construction, infrastructure, government, and industrial sectors
.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
Personally handle key client meetings and high-value deals.
Build partnerships with dealers, contractors, project managers, and consultants.
Marketing & Brand Building
Lead B2B marketing efforts through campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
Work with design/content teams to create brochures, emailers, and LinkedIn marketing.
Drive awareness about our products in the right industries and regions.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Use tools like LinkedIn, Justdial, trade directories, etc., to identify and target potential clients.
Build a strong CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and sales funnel.
Focus on
builders, infra contractors, government tenders
, and channel partners.
Customer Relationship & Support
Ensure regular follow-ups, customer support, and upselling of products.
Collect and act on client feedback to improve service or product offerings.
Reporting & Strategy
Prepare monthly sales reports, market analysis, and growth projections.
Share insights with the founders on competition, pricing trends, and new opportunities.
Participate in product planning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in
sales & marketing (preferably in construction or building materials)
Good network in
Bangalore or surrounding regions
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Comfortable with
field visits, team handling, and reporting
Knowledge of
FRP, plastic, civil materials, or infrastructure sector
is a big plus
Fluent in
English and Kannada
(Hindi is also a bonus)
