Job Summary:

We seek a smart and dynamic Marketing Manager to assist in managing franchise outlets, driving sales, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Outlet Management

- Assist in managing franchise outlets in Sukma, Dantewada, Raipur Road, Nagnar, Jagdalpur, and Bijapur

- Ensure outlet compliance with company standards

2. Sales and Marketing

- Implement sales strategies

- Monitor daily sales performance

- Conduct market research

3. Franchise Audit and Follow-up

- Assist in conducting regular audits of franchise outlets

- Provide feedback and support to outlet owners

4. Product Promotion

- Assist in promoting Bastar Dairy Farm products

- Develop promotional materials

5. Reporting

- Prepare sales reports

- Submit daily/weekly reports to Marketing Manager

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Franchise outlet performance

- Sales growth

- Marketing campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

- 2-10 years of experience in marketing (dairy industry preferred)

- Smart and dynamic individual

- Strong communication skills

- Analytical skills

- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Desirable Skills:

- Dairy product knowledge

- Franchise management experience

- Sales expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
