Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive direct business development for our Interior Design and Modular Solutions division. The role involves meeting builders, architects, channel partners, and end clients to generate leads, convert them into projects, and build long-term relationships. The candidate should be passionate about interiors, have strong networking skills, and be comfortable in field sales with regular client visits.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Generate new business opportunities by meeting

builders, architects, contractors, and direct clients

. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and real estate industry. Present interior design solutions, product samples, and company portfolio to prospective clients. Understand client requirements, provide customized solutions, and coordinate with the design team for proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the design/operations team.
Marketing & Relationship Management

Visit construction sites and builder offices regularly to develop contacts and identify upcoming projects. Organize and attend

meetings, presentations, and site demonstrations

to promote services. Represent the company in

exhibitions, industry meets, and trade shows

. Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, products, and new launches. Maintain strong follow-up to convert inquiries into confirmed projects. Prepare weekly reports on visits, client feedback, and project pipeline.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Interior Design/related field. 2-5 years of field sales experience (preferably in interior design, building materials, real estate, or related industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Tamil. Strong negotiation and closing ability. Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals. Willingness to travel frequently for client and site meetings.

Fixed salary + travel allowance + incentives on sales closure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
