The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead business development and marketing initiatives to drive growth in client acquisition and retention for our immigration and visa services. This role requires a results-driven professional with experience in sales strategy, digital marketing, and client relationship management within the immigration, education, or overseas recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients (individuals, students, or corporate clients).
Manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with immigration consultants and case managers to deliver customized solutions.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
Marketing and Branding
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, PPC, email, content).
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Coordinate webinars, seminars, and events to promote immigration programs and company services.
Oversee the company's online presence and reputation management.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Team Management and Reporting
Supervise and mentor sales and marketing team members.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and marketing ROI.
Collaborate with management to forecast revenue and set business growth goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
4-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or related sectors.
Strong understanding of immigration services, visa processes, and international education markets.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and digital marketing platforms.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets achieved.
Lead conversion rate and client retention rate.
Growth in website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign ROI.
Number of strategic partnerships and collaborations formed
