Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic
Sales & Marketing Manager
to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and lead marketing initiatives that strengthen Hogwarts Studios' presence in the market. The ideal candidate is creative, target-driven, and experienced in building lasting client relationships while scaling revenue consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, fashion, influencer, and production segments.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Create customised proposals and pitch decks to showcase our studio services.
Drive revenue growth to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost Hogwarts Studios' visibility and credibility.
Manage digital marketing, including social media, ads, and collaborations with influencers.
Plan and execute outreach campaigns, events, and tie-ups to attract new clients.
Work closely with the creative team to highlight studio offerings through reels, case studies, and portfolio showcases.
Client Experience & Retention
Understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of projects from shoot to delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality output that exceeds client expectations.
Gather feedback and improve processes for better customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in
sales, marketing, or business development
(preferably in media, production, advertising, or creative industries).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong understanding of
digital marketing, branding, and client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and think strategically.
