Strong understanding of fit-out, turnkey interiors, woodworking, metal fabrication, modular furniture, materials, and execution processes.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and BOQs (advantageous).

Proven track record in generating business worth high-value interior/fit-out projects.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership ability to build and scale the sales team.
