Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred Background in

Interior Design / Modular Kitchen / Furniture / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

Lead

sales and marketing operations

for interior design projects Generate

new business leads

through field sales, references, and digital platforms Meet clients, understand requirements, and

convert leads into projects

Coordinate with

designers, draftsmen, and execution teams

Prepare quotations, proposals, and close deals Handle

site visits and client follow-ups

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships
Marketing Responsibilities

Plan and execute

offline & digital marketing strategies

Manage

social media, leads, and branding activities

Collaborate with digital marketing teams/agencies Promote company services through

architects, builders, and brokers

Required Skills

Strong sales & negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation ability Knowledge of

interior design workflow & costing

Ability to handle

high-value clients

Target-driven mindset Leadership and team coordination skills
Experience Required

3-8 years

in Sales & Marketing Prior experience in

Interior / Modular / Construction industry preferred
