Key Responsibilities1. Sales Management
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Manage and mentor the sales team; set performance goals and KPIs.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and generate regular sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.
2. Marketing Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
3. Strategy & Leadership
Develop integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Ensure consistent communication between sales, marketing, and other departments.
Drive innovation by adopting new tools, technologies, and best practices.
