Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers within the assigned area.
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Operations:
Oversee all aspects of sales operations within the area, including distribution, inventory management, and channel management.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Cost Management:
Manage sales-related expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
Product Launch:
Participate in and oversee the successful launch of new products within the assigned territory.
