We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of solar products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and market development to increase brand presence and revenue.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.
Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Lead, train, and mentor the sales & marketing team.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Develop pricing strategies and proposals to stay competitive in the market.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to promote solar products and services.
Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Strengthen the company's brand positioning in the solar industry.
