Overview: We are looking for organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company\xe2\x80\x99s products and to create competitive advantages for our construction material manufacturing company in the market and seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth. The role involves strategic sales planning, market analysis, team management, and marketing strategy development. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Requirements: - An ideal candidate must have 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5+ years of Sales and Marketing Experience from the Plywood/ Interior / Building Material / Roofing Sheet / Paint / Tiles / Relevant Building materials sales experience are highly preferable. - Candidates in and around Tamil Nadu are highly preferable - Any Bachelor\'s degree preferred. - Strong communication skills in English, oral and written - Required Computer knowledge and Strong PPT skills. - Should possess excellent sales and negotiation skills with interpersonal skills. - Excellent Analytical Skills and knowledge of MS Excel - Previous experience with Engineers, architects, and builders. Responsibilities: 1. Develop sales strategies for revenue and growth. 2. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. 3. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends. 4. Build and maintain customer relationships. 5. Lead and manage the sales team. 6. Develop comprehensive marketing plans. 7. Maintain brand consistency. 8. Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, workshops, reading publications, maintaining personal/professional networks. Core Responsibilities: The Candidate shall be responsible for delivering Annual Sales Targets of the territory through various trade channels: Dealers, Sub-Dealers, Architects, interior Designers, and Institutional Sales. Distribution Expansion: Establish sub-dealers and retail outlets across Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Channel Partner Management: Support partners in marketing eco-friendly Polymer Boards and Roofing Sheets as alternatives to plywood, cement sheets, and GI sheets. Market Research: Identify trends and consumer preferences to refine strategies. Promotional Activities: Organize events and demonstrations for product showcasing. Performance Tracking: Analyse marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
