Strong negotiation skills on different terms.
Responsible for closing the deals.
Collection of documents & cheques and submit on time in organisation or place / places defined by organisation time to time.
Visit all the clients on or within the time given by organisation/ management or Higer authority.
Delay in visits willingly or intentionally on regular basis can lead warning/ termination with or without pay.
Well versed of industry-oriented rule & regulations, policies & procedure and guidelines etc.
Sound knowledge of competitor industries like Banking & stock market and their investment options.
Self-initiatives to understand Insurance knowledge reviews and identifying gaps.
Creating a database or prospective clients for future aspect.
Create strong pipeline of clients to cross sell and upsell different insurance products.
Maintaining constant touch with them by identifying their needs and requirements.
Tracking Regular performance and maintaining records on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
Be the eyes and ears in the market and constantly be in touch with updates in the insurance industry.
Cheque collection & submit.
Time management for visit.
