Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships in the construction sector.
Manage and expand relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and government agencies.
Lead the marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team for maximum performance.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
5+ years' proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in construction equipment / heavy machinery
Strong network with construction companies, contractors, and government departments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.
