This role will be working very closely with the founders and driving sales growth and managing relationships with our clients and sponsors. This role will also get an opportunity to manage their own P&L. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, event operations, and account management. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and sponsors, and identify opportunities for upselling services
  • Identify and secure new event sponsors and leads
  • Manage event operations and marketing, including logistics, promotions, and attendee engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in events management or creative agency
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in event operations and marketing is a plus
