industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and occasionally supervising product applications at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Handle client interactions and key account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and develop clients within the refractory and related sectors.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for
on-site product application, trials, and technical support
as needed.
Oversee
planning, contractor labor arrangements, and execution
of on-site projects.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Plan and oversee marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
Minimum
5 years of proven experience in sales
, preferably in
refractory, ceramic, or industrial material sectors
.
Strong
client handling and communication
skills.
Ability to understand
technical product applications
and support customers on-site when required.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently to client locations and project sites.
