Title : Manager / Coordinator - Sales & Marketing

Location: Head Office - Chembur, Mumbai

Salary - Nego

1) Candidate should possess:

Educational Qualification - Masters in Business Administration from a recognized Institute / University
Work Experience - Minimum 9 years
Domain Expertise - Real Estate [Sales & Marketing]
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
2) Job Profile would be as follows:

Supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in planning, executing and monitoring strategies to drive business growth.
This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing client relationships, supporting sales operations and ensuring effective communication between departments.
Creating various channels of sales and marketing and devising innovative methods of incentivizing the sales force to achieve the targets.
Maintain proper documentation and databases related to sales and marketing activities.
Assist in creating marketing content such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
3) Reporting Relationship shall be to the Director.

4) It is expected that the candidate would have knowledge of the cultural background of Maharashtra in general with fluency (verbal and written) in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09:30am to 05:30pm
