Roles and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive at Greenu Microgreens Position: Sales Executive - Greenu Microgreens Main Goal To generate revenue by building strong relationships and promoting Greenu Microgreens to customers, partners, and communities. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Revenue Generation o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. (100% Target = Rating 4 | Beyond 100% = Rating 5) o Increase customer base through new leads and referrals. o Convert inquiries into regular and bulk customers. (10 customers/month = 3 | 15/month = 4 | >15/month = 5) 2. Client Meetings & Relationship Building o Meet and maintain strong relationships with: ₹ Chefs & Restaurants: Introduce live microgreens and kitchen set-ups. ? Doctors & Dieticians: Promote microgreens for patient diets and personal health. ? Gyms, Trainers & Health Clubs: Highlight benefits for fitness and recovery. ? Health-conscious Individuals: Offer home delivery and subscription plans. o Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Promotional & Marketing Activities o Organise tasting sessions, workshops, and health awareness drives. (>2 activities = 3 | >3 = 4 | >4 = 5) o Participate in local events, farmers' markets, or wellness fairs. o Collaborate with the marketing team for social media posts, photos, and videos. o Distribute pamphlets and brochures, and collect feedback from potential customers. 4. Reporting & Coordination o Submit daily and weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales progress in the given format. o Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries. o Maintain client data and follow-up records accurately as per company formats. 5. Product Knowledge o Understand each Greenu Microgreens variety--its taste, nutrition, and benefits. o Educate customers and chefs on usage, storage, and shelf life. o Stay updated with new products and growing techniques. 6. Customer Service o Handle customer queries politely and efficiently. o Ensure a smooth and positive order-to-delivery experience. o Build long-term trust and loyalty with every customer.
