Sales and Marketing Lead

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented

Sales and Marketing Lead

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive go-getter with a strong understanding of the sales funnel and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts from prospecting to closing. You'll use a combination of strategic outreach and targeted marketing to build a robust pipeline and consistently meet your monthly sales target.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:

Use

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

to identify, research, and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers.

Outreach:

Craft and execute personalized email campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.

Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed the monthly target of

5 new sales

.

Marketing Collaboration:

Work with the marketing team to develop content and strategies that support lead generation efforts.

Reporting:

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a sales or business development role. Demonstrated expertise in using

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

for lead generation. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and excellent written communication skills. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
