Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of professionals across domains like content, voice, tech, or marketing Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to drive continuous team growth Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaborative problem-solving

Project Oversight & Delivery Management



Oversee day-to-day project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cross-team coordination Allocate tasks based on strengths, availability, and priority, ensuring optimal resource utilization Troubleshoot bottlenecks and proactively resolve internal roadblocks for smoother operations Track project timelines, outputs, and dependencies using task management tools like Notion or Trello

Strategic Planning & Process Optimization



Contribute to team-level strategic planning, quarterly OKRs, and roadmap discussions Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and collaboration Create or refine SOPs, documentation, and internal processes to drive clarity and consistency Collaborate with other leads to align cross-departmental efforts

Team Motivation & Culture Building



Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture through regular engagement Recognize achievements, drive learning initiatives, and resolve interpersonal conflicts with empathy Be the bridge between leadership vision and execution, translating high-level goals into action Organize team stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, and retrospective reviews

Client Communication & Cross-Functional Liaison



Coordinate with client-facing teams to ensure deliverables align with expectations Help translate client feedback into actionable improvements for internal execution Maintain a balance between client urgency and team bandwidth to avoid burnout while delivering excellence Act as a reliable escalation point for client or internal concerns within your department

Skills & Requirements



3-6 years of experience in team leadership, project management, or departmental ownership Proven track record of managing teams in a creative, tech, or fast-paced startup environment Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining high standards and accountability Comfortable working with collaborative tools like Notion, Slack, Drive, etc. Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and adaptability

Bonus if you have:



Experience scaling small teams or building departments from scratch Exposure to AI-driven workflows, product-based operations, or remote team structures Certification or experience in Agile, Scrum, or leadership training programs
