Strategic Planning & Process Optimization
Contribute to team-level strategic planning, quarterly OKRs, and roadmap discussions
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and collaboration
Create or refine SOPs, documentation, and internal processes to drive clarity and consistency
Collaborate with other leads to align cross-departmental efforts
Team Motivation & Culture Building
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture through regular engagement
Recognize achievements, drive learning initiatives, and resolve interpersonal conflicts with empathy
Be the bridge between leadership vision and execution, translating high-level goals into action

Client Communication & Cross-Functional Liaison
Coordinate with client-facing teams to ensure deliverables align with expectations

Skills & Requirements
3-6 years of experience in team leadership, project management, or departmental ownership
Proven track record of managing teams in a creative, tech, or fast-paced startup environment
Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills
Ability to lead with empathy while maintaining high standards and accountability
Comfortable working with collaborative tools like Notion, Slack, Drive, etc.
Data-driven mindset with a bias for action and adaptability
