Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven target oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales efforts and oversee our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of identifying opportunities, developing effective campaigns, and managing a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform sales approaches.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and business partners.
Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring efficient lead nurturing and conversion.
Collaborate with the internal teams (e.g., SEO, Content, Web Development) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Represent Hummingflow.digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
SEO/SEM:
Keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, Google Ads campaign management.
Social Media Marketing:
Content creation, community management, paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Content Marketing:
Blog posts, articles, case studies, website copy, video scripts.
Email Marketing:
Campaign development, list segmentation, automation.
Website Optimization:
Landing page optimization, user experience (UX) improvements.
Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Identify emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing communications reflect Hummingflow.digital's values and identity.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, conducting regular performance reviews.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment within the sales and marketing department.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
