Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead follow-up.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
Must be willing to travel locally within Chhattisgarh as required.
