We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented

Sales & Marketing Executive

from the

Trivandrum locality

to support our business growth. The role involves direct sales activities, marketing execution, and client relationship management within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, leads, and referrals Promote company products/services to potential customers and corporate clients Execute sales plans and achieve monthly and quarterly targets Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and competitor activity Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of local market Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer skills (MS Office) Willingness to travel
