Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online marketing channels.
Client Consultations
: Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their needs, offer personalized property recommendations, and guide them through the real estate process.
Property Listings & Marketing
: List properties for sale and rental, ensuring they are marketed effectively through online platforms, print media, and social media.
Negotiation & Closing
: Assist clients in negotiating prices and contract terms, ensuring successful transactions that meet both client and company objectives.
Market Research
: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
Customer Relationship Management
: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration with Team
: Work closely with other sales executives, property managers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and provide exceptional service.
