Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and compassionate Marketing Intern to support our front office operations and assist in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. This role offers hands-on exposure to hospital operations, patient registration, consultation facilitation, and service coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. User Engagement & Feedback Collection

Approach patients & their families for app downloads and appointment bookings. Interact with patients, doctors, and support staff to gather structured feedback on the app experience. Document challenges, pain points, and suggestions from users. Conduct quick surveys or interviews to capture user sentiment and behavioural trends.

2. User Training & Engagement

Help conduct onboarding and basic training sessions for hospital staff and patients on how to use digital health platforms.

3. Operational Coordination

Support day-to-day functioning of digital platforms at the hospital. Help resolve first-level queries from users; escalate critical concerns to the Operations or IT team. Help track issue resolution status and document key insights for continuous improvement. Liaise with cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, admin) to implement small process changes based on user feedback. Monitor app-related issues in the hospital and ensure prompt escalation or resolution.

Requirements:

A final-year student or recent graduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work onsite and interact with doctors, nurses, and patients. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
