Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Relationship Building
Interact with potential and existing clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand client needs and communicate product/service offerings effectively.
Maintain client relationship records and follow up on leads.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and target segments.
Assist in creating pitches, proposals, and sales materials.
Support lead generation and CRM data updates.
Social Media Marketing
Assist in planning and executing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Create and curate content for social media posts, stories, and engagement strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct competitor and industry analysis to support strategy formulation.
Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and outreach performance.
