Over the last 3 years, we have actively participated in exhibitions and built a strong offline customer base. We are now looking for energetic on-field sales & marketing interns who want real-world business exposure. --- Roles & Responsibilities On-field sales of woodpressed oil products at: Exhibitions & food events Retail outlets & local markets Interacting with customers and explaining: Health benefits of woodpressed oils Brand story and product differentiation Assisting in: Retail distribution and market expansion Sampling, demos, and stall handling during exhibitions Collecting customer feedback and market insights Supporting basic marketing activities (offline promotions, visibility) Achieving daily/weekly sales targets during exhibitions --- Who Can Apply Fresh graduates / college pass-outs Students looking for practical sales & marketing exposure Candidates interested in: FMCG / Healthy food brands Field sales & entrepreneurship Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English helpful) Willingness to work on-field and during exhibitions (including evenings/nights) Energetic, confident, and people-friendly personality No prior experience required - training will be provided. --- Internship Stipend ?3,000 - ?5,000 per month (Internship stipend) Duration: 1 month --- Performance-Based Growth Opportunity After successful completion of the internship and based on performance: Permanent role offer Salary: ?8,000 per month + incentives Additional benefits: Travel allowance Food allowance Sales-based incentives --- Why Join Us?
