Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

Sales Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting methods. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business objectives. Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp) is a plus.
