Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and campaigns Support the sales team in lead generation and client outreach Conduct market research and competitor analysis Handle social media & digital marketing activities under supervision Participate in promotional and branding events Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and MIS

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of marketing concepts (digital & traditional) Willingness to learn and take initiative Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
