Drive daily visibility and inbound enquiries among MEP decision-makers across real estate, industrial, EPC, and PMC segments for solutions in:
Lightning Protection System (LPS) & Earthing
Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
ACMS (Access Control & Monitoring)
IoT Monitoring Devices
Cleaning Machines & Cleaning Services
Key Responsibilities
1. MEP Database Building
Identify and maintain a database of MEP Heads/Managers, consultants, PMCs, contractors, and procurement teams
Collect and verify details including name, designation, company, city, contact info, LinkedIn, and project references
2. Daily Outreach & Follow-ups
Execute structured outreach via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email
Implement follow-up sequences (minimum 3 follow-ups per lead)
Generate qualified enquiries and schedule meetings for the founder
3. Content & Brand Visibility
Create and publish daily LinkedIn content (educational, authority-building posts)
Assist in developing reels, case studies, project updates, and 1-page explainers
Maintain a content library with collaterals like case studies, compliance notes, and profiles
4. Tracking & Reporting
Maintain CRM or Google Sheet tracker with lead stages and outcomes
Prepare daily progress reports and weekly KPI summaries
Requirements
Strong written communication (English, professional tone)
Comfortable with cold outreach and consistent follow-ups
Self-disciplined, proactive, and target-oriented
Basic knowledge of Canva and Google Sheets (preferred)
Interest in B2B, engineering, or construction sectors is a plus
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
New contacts added per day, outreach volume, and follow-ups completed
Replies received, qualified leads generated, and meetings booked weekly
Consistency and engagement of LinkedIn content
