Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services to prospects over phone
Generate and qualify leads
Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team and customers
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel
Support marketing activities and sales campaigns
Assist in preparing basic sales reports and follow-up lists
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth demo execution
Requirements & Skills
Good communication skills in English and local language
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work from office and follow instructions
Preferred Qualifications
Students pursuing or recently completed degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Prior experience in calling, telemarketing, or sales support (preferred but not mandatory)
