Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Sales & Marketing Intern

to support outreach, lead generation, and customer relationship-building for our products and services. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed, and passionate about helping people while driving sales results.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sales and marketing for various products and services. Contact and follow up with potential customers via calls, messages, and emails. Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth operations. Maintain accurate tracking of leads, interactions, and conversions. Write clear and engaging communication for customers (copywriting). Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients. Understand customer needs and support them through the buying journey. Uphold promises, deadlines, and communication commitments.

Required Skills & Traits:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi). Patience, persistence, and enthusiasm in follow-ups. Ability to connect with people and build rapport. Basic understanding of purchase psychology. Good writing skills for marketing and customer communication. Reliable, disciplined, and committed to serving customers. Values service over profit; sees sales as service. Detail-oriented with strong tracking and organisational abilities.
