2. Get a contract, permanent Staffing Requirements, and close positions. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, industries, and markets to generate new business leads and opportunities.
4. Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently, handle staffing business.
5. Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company's practice leaders/Principals.
6. Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations to understand their recruitment needs and position the agency as a trusted talent acquisition partner.
7. Solution Selling : Present and promote the agency's services to clients, offering customized recruitment solutions that align with their specific requirements.
8. Proposal Creation : Prepare compelling and persuasive proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and presentations for potential clients.
9. Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to gain a competitive edge.
10. Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the agency's network, build relationships, and generate new leads.
11. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
12. Collaboration : Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and their requirements.
13. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets, providing regular reports to management.
14. To focus on generating repeat business from the existing customers.
Requirements :
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Well-versed with Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities to establish and maintain client connections.
- Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field is preferr
