The Sales Intern will support the sales team in lead generation, client coordination, site visits, and documentation. The role offers exposure to real estate sales operations and provides hands-on learning in customer handling, market research, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating new leads through calls, social media, and field activities.
Coordinate and arrange site visits for potential clients.
Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions.
Support senior sales executives during meetings and project presentations.
Help prepare sales reports, proposals, brochures, and promotional material.
Follow up with prospects for feedback and conversion.
Attend project events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
