Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns.
Support the sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new market opportunities.
Help manage social media accounts and create engaging marketing content.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
Maintain databases, prepare reports, and track marketing metrics.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or CRM tools (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BBA, BMS, MBA, or equivalent) -- ongoing or completed.
