Job Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in increasing customer base, enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities

Connect with Customers via company WhatsApp and make sales Ideate customer acquisition strategies Manage Social media presence Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts, ads, and stories using Canva Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our audience to build brand awareness and drive engagement Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Analyze website traffic and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in email marketing campaigns, including creating newsletters and managing subscriber lists. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools. Strong graphic design skills and experience using Canva or similar design tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
