Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive who can generate leads, engage prospects, and convert them into clients using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and telecalling. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Marketing:

Identify potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn. Send connection requests, follow-ups, and engage prospects with personalized messages. Build a strong professional network to generate qualified leads.

Email Marketing:

Create and send cold emails and follow-up sequences to target prospects. Track email performance (open rate, response rate) and optimize campaigns.

WhatsApp Marketing:

Reach out to leads via WhatsApp for promotions, follow-ups, and engagement. Maintain a database of contacts and messaging history.

Telecalling:

Make outbound calls to prospects to explain services and schedule meetings. Handle objections professionally and ensure timely follow-ups.

Reporting & Analysis:

Maintain daily/weekly records of leads, messages, calls, and meetings. Provide insights on outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp marketing, and telecalling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Experience in B2B sales or corporate marketing is a plus.

Target/Expectations:

Generate at least

50 qualified leads per week

across LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. Conduct

30 meaningful conversations weekly

via calls or messages. Send

10 customized proposals per week

with active follow-ups.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
