Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with both new and existing affiliates. Develop and implement engaging ideas, campaigns, and activities to keep affiliates motivated and active. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates in line with the company's goals. Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives. Assist affiliates with queries, provide necessary resources, and ensure smooth operations. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging affiliate marketing tools or platforms

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think creatively and bring innovative engagement ideas. Proficiency in using affiliate tracking software.
