Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain:
Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure timely service availability.
Maintain a record of tools, parts, and consumables used in service orders.
Assist in procurement and local logistics within Mumbai.
Track technician performance, availability, and service feedback.
Marketing:
Assist in executing local marketing initiatives (flyer distribution, WhatsApp promotions, building society tie-ups).
Create and schedule basic content for Instagram, WhatsApp, and local classifieds.
Collect customer reviews and testimonials for digital marketing.
Help organize field marketing events or demo days if required.
Requirements:
Graduation in Business (students in final year may apply).
0-2 years of experience in supply chain coordination or field marketing.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
Based in Mumbai and available for occasional on-ground tasks.
Hybrid - Work-from-home with occasional field visits in Mumbai
