Role Overview
This role sits directly inside the Founder's Office and supports high-leverage initiatives across research, market intelligence, and targeted outreach. You will work on problems that shape Tvara's GTM, product direction, competitive positioning, and strategic expansion. The mandate is simple: convert ambiguity into clarity, and clarity into action.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Market Intelligence
Conduct deep research on AI, sales automation, buyer psychology, and industry patterns.
Map competitors, analyze features, pricing, ICPs, and GTM strategies.
Study workflows across sectors (B2B SaaS, manufacturing, real estate, etc.) to identify repeatable patterns.
Track global AI/ML trends, sales automation innovations, and emerging tooling.
Build concise research briefs, summaries, and actionable intelligence decks.
Persona, ICP & Opportunity Mapping
Identify high-intent segments and customer personas using structured frameworks.
Analyze lead flows, behaviour patterns, and market signals to refine ICP hypotheses.
Evaluate new opportunities, partnerships, and potential expansion sectors.
Outreach & Activation
Build curated outreach lists aligned with ICP, geography, and use-case patterns.
Support targeted outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and founder-led channels.
Draft short, sharp messaging adapted to personas, industry context, and campaign goals.
Track responses, follow-ups, and conversion signals.
Strategy Support
Assist founders in preparing internal and external decks, briefs, and decision docs.
Convert research findings into strategic recommendations with clear next steps.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales to validate insights.
Operational Excellence
Maintain structured logs for research, outreach, experiments, and insights.
Build repeatable workflows that improve speed, clarity, and decision-making.
Support sprint planning for special projects driven by founders.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and research skills; ability to distill complex information quickly.
Exceptional written communication; crisp, structured, and insight-driven.
Comfortable with outreach, messaging, and persona-based communication.
High ownership; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Curiosity for AI, automation, and system-level thinking.

Pay: ₹13,448.81 - ₹30,770.23 per month
