Stipend/Salary: First month - No fixed stipend. Performance-based salary/incentives from Month 2 onwards.

- Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic, target-driven Sales & Marketing Interns who are eager to learn, experiment, and deliver measurable results. This internship we are giving you a project for 3 months for Branding & Sales. It offers hands-on exposure to sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and on-ground activations, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

- Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Generate leads through outreach, referrals, and partnerships with schools/colleges
- Engage with prospective students and parents to promote ElevatED.'s programs
- Support in organizing events, workshops, and promotional activities
- Track performance metrics and report outcomes to the management team
- Collaborate with senior mentors to refine sales pitches and marketing strategies

- Who You Are
- MBA student or graduate (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
- Energetic, persuasive, and confident communicator
- Passionate about education and student success
- Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in teams

- Note on Compensation:
- Month 1: Training and performance evaluation (no fixed stipend).
