We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team at Exaguru. This role combines sales outreach with hands-on digital marketing execution, perfect for someone passionate about driving business growth through strategic online campaigns and creative content.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
Design engaging creatives for social media posts using design tools
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar
Create compelling copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional content
Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
Sales Support
Generate leads through digital marketing initiatives
Support the sales team with lead nurturing and follow-ups
Assist in creating sales collateral and promotional materials
Identify potential clients through social media and online research
Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing and sales efforts
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing campaigns
across various platforms
Proven experience in running Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram advertising)
Proficiency in graphic design tools
(Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Ability to create social media content calendars
and maintain posting schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
Understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics
Good to Have
Experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms
Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
Video editing skills
Experience with marketing automation tools
Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
Knowledge of WordPress or website content management
Educational Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or related field
Relevant certifications in digital marketing (Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
