We turn agriculture into a profitable venture by increasing the farmers\' top-line through an alternate distribution channel for agro-outputs and reducing their cost of farming with an efficient supply chain for agro-inputs by empowering rural youth Role Description VilFresh - Layman Agro, located in Coimbatore, is looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern for our Marketing department. The role requires the candidate to be on-site. Responsibilities: 1. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform marketing and sales strategies. 2. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our social media presence across platforms, creating engaging content, and tracking performance metrics. 3. Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant content for various channels, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns. 4. Campaign Execution: Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer partnerships, and promotional events. 5. Data Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 6. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels to gather feedback, address inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements: 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. 5. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of a growing startup.
