This role leads you directly to our Inside Sales Team and If you are good at selling, at the end of 6 months once your internship is completed, we will hire you on our team as an Inside Sales Specialist. You will get exposure in either of these 2 departments depending on your profile. Option 1 : B2B Corporate Sales Internship You could be working with our B2B corporate sales team under a designated Sales Head who will groom you to become a top-class sales professional Option 2: Entrepreneurship Development - Franchise Sales Internship You could be working in our business seekers and investor servicing division helping entrepreneurs choose a new business and connecting hundreds of entrepreneurs with their dream brands and business. You will be mentored by a senior franchise consultant. Both these roles are suitable for Female Interns as well, who have great communication & interpersonal skills and a flair for entrepreneurship / corporate sales as it does not involve traveling and we close all deals virtually by google meet/phone calls. Primary Role: You will follow up with our leads, set up meeting calls for your manager, and close deals with their help. You will also generate your own leads once you are proficient in following up with our existing leads and understanding our customer profile. This is a pure inside sales role wherein you will have to reach out to the CEOs, CXO, and other decision-makers in Franchise Companies, SMEs & Corporates who are looking at Franchise Business Expansion and now want to appoint franchisees, dealers, and agents for their brand across India. We customize tailor-made solutions for such clients and offer them consulting, marketing, and advertisement opportunities on FranchiseBazar.com and help them generate the right investor and prospective franchisee leads. We have 6 Prerequisites and If you have any 3 of these, it should suffice. 1) Multilingual with great English & Hindi. Excellent communication. Should be able to impress within 60 seconds on a call. 2) Very good at Negotiations & Convincing Skills. A Consultative Solution Bent of Mind. 3) Good at Excel & Reporting. 4) Having an Entrepreneurial Outlook, Business Background, and Exposure to different Businesses will be an added advantage. 5) Have a long-term goal of being the No 1 salesperson in any team. Responsibilities: Selected interns will work closely with our Corporate Sales Managers / Franchise Managers whose day-to-day responsibilities include: 1) Online Lead Generation by Scouring through different Franchise Portals, Industry Related Events & Other Sources to Identify companies that are expanding through franchising and bringing them to FranchiseBazar.com. Sell them our quarterly media sales plans starting at 1.8L and going up to 5.4L for our Annual Membership Plans. We have 10000 PM Plans as well. 2) Engaging CEO/CXOs of Franchise Companies and Providing Free 30 Days Listings to Brands and then Upgrading them to Paid Memberships. 3) Reaching out to Brands / Companies as per our Entrepreneur Teams request as per the requirements of Entrepreneurs looking to start a new business. 4) Identifying and Inviting Clients to Participate in FranchiseBazar Webinars, IndiaFranchiseMela, and other events and promotions that we conduct and coordinate with them during the events/activities. 5) Business Entrepreneurship Internships will select interns to speak to entrepreneurs from our databases and convince them to take up our membership plans and choose our business consultants package that helps them identify franchises that match their investments, locations, industry preferences, and interests. Entrepreneurs can choose from 5000 Quarterly Plan, 10000 Half Yearly Plan & 15000 Annual Plan, each one having unique privileges to help them start a new business. This is a different Internship program that does not involve a corporate sales internship and is a B2C Internship. 6) Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders. Managing reports and assisting the managers on the same. Stipend / Remuneration: 1) 25000 PM For 6 Months Internships: You will get a Fixed stipend of Rs 5000 Per Month and Additional Variable Sales Incentives up to Rs 20,000 Per Month. 2) 10000 PM For 3 Months Internships: You will get a Fixed stipend of Rs 3000 Per Month & Additional Variable Sales Incentives Upto Rs 7000 Per Month. 3) 15000 PM For 12 Months Part Time / Remote Internships: You will get a Fixed stipend of Rs 1000 Per Month & Additional Variable Sales Incentives Upto Rs 14000 Per Month. Period: 1) 100 Days Full-Time Basic Internship Internship. 2) 200 Days Advanced Internship Converting to Sales Executive Role. 3) 300 Days Part Time Internship for MBA students seeking One Year Part Time Role along with their Studies.
