We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales on-site. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a passion for driving results in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential clients (residential/commercial) to pitch interior design services.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Schedule meetings and presentations with clients.
Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and deals closed.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or home improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable with local travel and meeting clients in person.
Basic knowledge of interiors or design concepts is a plus.
Fluency in local language and English.
Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate.
