Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and ( any degree )or a related field.
3 to 5 years of progressive experience in machine sales, with a strong focus on business development and sales leadership.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the machine sales industry, including market trends, customer requirements, and competitor landscape.
Proven experience in building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit sales territories.
