Senior Manager - Hospital Sales

(Fixed plus high Incentive)



(Only for Hospital/Doctor experience sales)

Role:



Onboard doctors across specialties into TRUE Hospitals network. Generate leads from

GPs, pharmacies, corporates, and referral partners

. Drive

patient inflow, OPD/IPD growth, and hospital revenue

. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare stakeholders. Lead and mentor a sales team to achieve business goals.

Requirements:



Must have hospital sales experience in the NCR region.

Strong doctor & corporate network with proven conversion skills. 7-12 years of relevant experience with a track record in healthcare sales. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, growth-focused environment

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
